The Mission of the Zoo Museum District is to represent the taxpayers of the District in the careful oversight of the financial affairs
of the Subdistricts: Missouri Botanical Garden, Missouri History Museum, Saint Louis Art Museum, Saint Louis Science Center,
and Saint Louis Zoo.
Vision Statement
The task of the Zoo Museum District is to lead, plan, and collaborate in strengthening the Subdistricts to assure quality institutions that educate, enhance, and benefit the residents of the St. Louis region.
